To ensure fairness and to protect my time as a small, independent business, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Consultations
A €20 upfront non-refundable fee is required to secure your consultation.
Your consultation will be held for a maximum of 12 hours - if payment is not received within this time then the appointment time will be released.
One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in loss of the consultation fee
Fat Freezing Treatments
A €50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit
Card/Cash payment is accepted.
Multiple Session Packages
A €50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
Full balance is due on the day of your first session
Only your first session will be booked until payment is completed
Once paid in full, you may schedule remaining sessions at your convenience
Card/Cash payment is accepted.
Maintenance Sessions
A 50% upfront non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
If not booked directly online - your appointment will be held for a maximum of 12 hours. If payment is not received within this time then the appointment time will be released.
Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.(Cash/Card accepted)
Rescheduling Policy:
One session may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
Subsequent late cancellations, amendments, or no-shows will result in that session being forfeited
Refund Policy
All treatments and treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased.
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed treatments
Results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed
Package Validity
All treatment packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Unused sessions after this time will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or loss of the appointment.
The full session fee will still apply.
Suitability for Treatment
All treatments are subject to consultation.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable for any reason.
Business Closure / Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, bereavement, or circumstances beyond my control:
Your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available time
Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances
I appreciate your understanding that as a small, one-woman business, unforeseen situations can occasionally arise.
Please Be Mindful
I take on a limited number of clients each month.
Last-minute cancellations prevent me from offering that appointment to another client.
